We run touch leagues and events for the social, competitive and corporate team in a no nonsense and friendly environment.

Touch Rugby Dublin is owned by Dublin Indoor Sports and is the longest established touch league in Ireland that attracts teams from all over Ireland and the UK for the Annual Dublin blitz held in August every year.Touch Rugby Dublin is affiliated to the Ireland Touch Association who are the governing body of touch in Ireland.

What is Touch & Where can I play?

Touch is a massive sport in the southern hemisphere and many of the UK and European countries.Very similar to tag, but where a simple touch is made instead of pulling a tag.Because there are only 6 players on the pitch and the attacking player in possession has the ability to make a touch, the game is quick and more tactical.It's more about teamwork and strategy which makes it an ideal sport for all ages and abilities.Improved fitness is the result, which makes it an attractive sport for many.

Touch Rugby Dublin offers Mixed, Men only and Women only competitions for all playing levels. This Summer's weekly league will be held in Terenure College with competitions run on a Wednesday and Thursday evening.
